Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices quoted are based on the current costs of materials and labor. If the scope of work changes or unforeseen site conditions arise, we reserve the right to amend the final price (with prior notification to the Client).

  • Unless stated otherwise, quotes do not include local council permits, engineering certifications, or specialized access equipment (e.g., scaffolding or cherry pickers).
     

2. Deposit and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any design work or manufacturing begins.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due strictly upon completion of the installation or collection/delivery of the signage.

  • All goods remain the property of SignGo until payment is received in full.
     

3. Artwork and Proof Approvals

  • We will provide a digital proof for the Client's approval. It is the Client’s responsibility to thoroughly check all proofs for spelling, grammar, layout, colors, and dimensions.

  • Once the Client provides written or electronic approval, SignGo accepts no responsibility for errors found after production has commenced.

  • Variations between digital screen colors and physical print/paint colors may occur.
     

4. Site Access and Installation

  • The Client must ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the installation site at the agreed date and time.

  • If an installation cannot proceed due to site unreadiness, lack of access, or unsafe conditions, a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Weather Dependency: Outdoor installations and traditional sign-writing are highly weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule installations in the event of rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures to ensure product quality and safety.
     

5. Permits and Permissions

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Client to obtain all necessary permissions, permits, and council approvals required for the display of the signage. SignGo accepts no liability for fines or removals resulting from a lack of legal authorization.
     

6. Defect and Warranty

  • The Client must inspect the signage upon completion and notify us in writing of any defects or damage within 7 days.

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by vandalism, severe weather events (acts of God), unauthorized alterations, or general wear and tear over time.
     

7. Cancellation

  • If the Client cancels the order after work has commenced, the Client will be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including design time, materials purchased, and labor.
