Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit before any design work begins or materials are ordered. Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable, as it secures your booking slot and covers initial manufacturing and administrative setup costs.

Can I change my design once the deposit is paid?
Once your deposit is paid and you have formally confirmed the design proof, the project moves straight into production. After this point, it is too late to make changes without incurring an additional cost. Any extra charges for late alterations are entirely discretionary and will depend on the scale of the changes and whether materials have already been plotted or cut.

Do I need to bring my vehicle to you, or do you travel?
We are fully mobile and designed for your convenience! We are more than happy to travel directly to your location—whether that is your home, yard, or business premises—to carry out the installation, saving you downtime and hassle.

What areas do you cover?
We primarily provide mobile signage and vehicle graphics services across Hampshire and Surrey. If you are located just outside these areas, feel free to drop us a message via the contact form to see if we can accommodate your location.

How should I prepare my vehicle before you arrive for installation?
To ensure the high-grade vinyl adheres perfectly and to avoid any installation delays, the vehicle must be thoroughly washed and completely clean (free from grease, wax, mud, and road grime) before we arrive.
