Refund Policy
1. Custom and Bespoke Orders
Because all of our signs, vehicle graphics, and sign-writing services are custom-made to your exact specifications (including your specific branding, dimensions, and text), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind once production has begun.
2. Cancellations Before Production

Design Phase: If you wish to cancel your order after design work has started but before manufacturing or physical sign-writing begins, you will be refunded your deposit minus a design fee to cover our time and any materials already specifically ordered for your project.

Production Phase: Once you have approved the artwork proof and manufacturing has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, and the 50% deposit becomes entirely non-refundable.
3. Proofing and Errors
We require written approval of a digital proof before fabricating any signage.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all layouts, spelling, grammar, colors, and dimensions.

We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for any errors (including typos) that were present on the approved proof.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, but if something isn't right, we will fix it.

Notification: You must inspect your signage upon collection, delivery, or installation and notify us in writing of any faults, damages, or discrepancies within 7 days.

Remedy: If the signage is found to be defective due to our manufacturing, materials, or installation error, we will—at our discretion—either repair the defect, fabricate a replacement, or offer a partial/full refund.

Vehicle Graphics/Wraps: For vehicle graphics, minor lifting can occasionally occur in deep recesses. Please report this immediately so we can heat-fix or repair it. Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by pressure-washing the graphics too soon after installation or using harsh chemical cleaners.
5. Installation & Weather Delays
Outdoor installations and traditional hand-painted sign-writing are weather-dependent. If we have to postpone an installation due to rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, this does not entitle the customer to a refund. We will reschedule for the next available safe, dry day.
